    If you write the IF formula in the conditional formatting, will it give the same result?

    Great video. One point to note, for duration please use (End date - Start Date + 1) otherwise the gantt chart and duration days don't match obviously.

    I learnt a formula =median(startdate,enddate,selectdate)=selectdate , as the new rule in the conditional formating.
    easier
