Hi! Thanks! Validity po ng visa ay base po kung kelan kayo nag medical exam which is valid for 6months. For example, If nag medical kayo ng January 1, 2024, mag expire po ang visa nyo ng July 1, 2024. So dapat makalipad na kayo before that time 😊

ang b1 b2 madami talagang tanong. i have my 1st B1 B2 last 2004. madami tanong salang sala..then i file.my renew of b1 b2 last year april 2024. I got.my visa again with less question.

I believe each visa category has its on challenges. For sure all visa applicants, regardless of the category ay sinasala talaga ng US immigration. Iba2x din ang steps for each visa category.
For K1 (Fiance) for example, hindi kasi kami directly nag aapply for the visa interview. Unlike B1/B2 visa.
Sa K1, first step is the filing of form I-129F petition (USCIS Stage). During this stage, may mga applicants na narereject or nagkaka RFE.
After approval ng petition (I-129F), dumadaan pa sa NVC. In this stage may ibang applicants na binabalik sa USCIS yung petition.
Before our visa interview, kelangan din namin ipasa ang medical exam.
During the interview naman, may ibang applicants na nagkaka 221g.
After ng interview, may CFO pa bago makalipad.
With all the steps na kelangan I-undergo ng K1 (fiance), hindi pa rin pwedeng makampante kahit legitimate ang relationship since it's not a given na ma-aaprove talaga.

How much is the permanent residence card fee now? Need daw itong bayaran before you leave, otherwise di mo ito matatanggap pag nasa US ka na.
That is not true. After nyo ikasal dun pa kayo pwde mag file for Adjustment of Status pra makakuha ng permanent resident card/ green card.

Ilang months po kayo nag antay bago makapagpa schedule ng interview?

Hello po mam good day po sa inyo . Asko ko lng po kasi medical ko po nun march 8 2024.. tapos po yun intetview ko is march 12.. pero na cancel po interview ko sa embassy.. dahil kailangan ko po mag sputum examinatiin nextweek.. Matic po ba na cancel na yun interview ko sa us embassy po? Kasi hindi na po ako nag contact or nag email sa kanila ok lng po ba yun? At hindi po ba magkakaroon ng problem if ever na ok na lahat ng medical ko at reschedule ulit ng appointment kahit hindi na po ako nagsabi na cancel yun appointment ko nun march 12? Sana maresponse nio po ako mam pra may idea ako.. thanks po.. god bless

@@hubpandy Mag tetext po ang LBC kapag ready for pick-up na po. But you can always track your packet using the tracking number na pinadala sayo through email 🙂

Applicants may bring ONE person to help if they are elderly, disabled, or a minor child."

Cut nyo po ng konti yung plastic just enough para makuha nyo ang passport. Dapat Hindi po ma damage ang yellow envelope. Pwede nyo I-tape ulet yung may cut pagkatapos nyo makuha ang passport.
Wag nyo po ibalik ang passport sa loob ng plastic.

Hi! It's case to case basis po since there are factors (e.g. USCIS processing time, NVC, Medical exam, interview which varies per case). But for us it took us 1 year and 4 months to complete the whole process. I will make a detailed video about it soon. 🙂

Hi maam... were applying k1visa... maam pano kaya ung fiancee ko ang nasa amin lang ung divorce decree nya na nasa email lang nya kase ung original nawala . pde kaya un pag hiningi sa embassy print lang maibibigay ko ... O need talaga nila ang orignal copy?

Hindi po ako familiar sa divorce decree and police clearance. If photocopy lang po ang meron kayo, dalhin nyo nlng po but if hahanapan kayo ng original copy of it, I think need nyo talaga iproduce ang original. Call nlng po kayo sa US embassy to be sure 😊

Hi! It stands for Commission of Filipinos Overseas. Sila po nagbibigay ng Pre-Departure Seminars to spouses/ fiancé’s of foreign nationals. Upon completion of their seminar, may bininigay po silang certificate at isa yun sa pinapakita sa PH immigration bago makalipad.
