Hi! Thanks for reaching out. By the way, congratulations on your visa renewal. I believe each visa category has its on challenges. For sure all visa applicants, regardless of the category ay sinasala talaga ng US immigration. Iba2x din ang steps for each visa category. For K1 (Fiance) for example, hindi kasi kami directly nag aapply for the visa interview. Unlike B1/B2 visa. Sa K1, first step is the filing of form I-129F petition (USCIS Stage). During this stage, may mga applicants na narereject or nagkaka RFE. After approval ng petition (I-129F), dumadaan pa sa NVC. In this stage may ibang applicants na binabalik sa USCIS yung petition. Before our visa interview, kelangan din namin ipasa ang medical exam. During the interview naman, may ibang applicants na nagkaka 221g. After ng interview, may CFO pa bago makalipad. With all the steps na kelangan I-undergo ng K1 (fiance), hindi pa rin pwedeng makampante kahit legitimate ang relationship since it's not a given na ma-aaprove talaga.

Thank you! If na approve ang GC before the 2nd year wedding anniversary, 2-year GC ang matatanggap, and you have to file for Removal of conditions before mag expire ang GC. If na-approve naman ang GC after your 2nd year wedding anniversary, automatic 10-year GC ang matatanggap.

Hi! Do you mean interview confirmation? Pwede naman magpa medical kahit wala pang interview schedule/ confirmation. But if you were referring to the K1-ftp, hindi pa pwede mag medical if wala kang K1-ftp or if hindi ka pa case ready.

Hi! It's really up to you. I scheduled my interview 1.5 months after my medical exam. Yung iba within 1 week ginawa nila both medical exam and interview. Yung iba naman, 2 weeks ang pagitan. However, you need to make sure to schedule your interview before your medical exam result expires (6 months). For example, Nag medical exam ka ng November 23, 2024. So mag e-expire sya ng May 23, 2025. Dapat before May 23, 2025 ay makalipad ka na ng US. Hope this helps.

Hi! Your list is fine and you're good to go. I personally brought a copy of my cenomar just in case lang na hanapin. Nagdala din ako ng maraming copies ng aking PSA birth certificate kasi need yan dito (application for marriage certificate, SSA, AOS, etc.) All the best and have a safe trip!

Hi! I'm sorry pero wala po ako kakilala na may ganyang case. But I suggest na during your interview with the doctor, inform mo sya about your health history and dalhin mo na din ang medical certificate. All the best po 🙂

@user-xm3sv4dd2b humihingi po sila ng medical certificate if my history ng tuberculosis po, just to make sure na done na sa medication with complete Information about sa medicine na ininom, ilang capsule or mg, license number ng doctor na nag treatment sayo. But if they saw scars sa xray mo, you still need to undergo sputum parin.

Hi! It depends on your airline. In our case, we had to pick up our luggages at the port of entry, and transferred to a different terminal for our domestic flights.

Yung mismong packet lang sis. Nasa loob ng transparent plastic ang yellow packet. Gumawa lang ako ng konting cut para makuha ko yung passport ko.
