maybe you can use 1-2 tbsp yoghurt and 60g sugar to replace the condensed milk.

前兩天跟着老師的食譜做了南瓜芝士蛋糕,味道和口感都非常好。這次是我第一次做cheese cake, 原來要加那麽多的cream cheese,所以我沒有加soft cheese 做面層,改用whipping cream,還加上一些藍梅裝飾。因我怕吃得太多會變肥婆。我想問老師,若我不加南瓜泥,改用新鮮芒果泥代替可以嗎?份量是否和加南瓜泥一樣呢?老師的食譜真是很捧👍,一邊吃,一邊在想吃完就要多做運動了。
可以改成芒果泥,只是要注意芒果的水份要多些,可能需要炒干一些才能用,可以比南瓜泥多些。

You can make yudane in big batches, and you can also use a dough mixer if you like. I will share some more shukupan video later. thanks

this recipe doesn't add too much pumpkin puree to get the creamy texture. you can add more pumpkin puree if you like.
