Hi Wendy, I'm thinking this definitely looks like a book I would enjoy. However I don't believe I heard you say anything about quality of paper? From what I can see the printed side appears very slick & Shiney. What is your opinion on the paper? Is it very smooth, or has it any tooth? I would love to have your feedback ❤🥰
It's a super book, paper is pretty good I'd say, it is a bit smooth but not shiny, I doubt it will take watercolour too well, but pencils will be good. 👍❤️
@wendyscolouring Sorry to be a bother, but this just made me remember my Mary Engelbreit coloring books. Are you familiar with her? Also very much in this flavor. I googled them very quickly, it appears they may now only be available thru thrift store, or used book vendors. If you like the aforementioned you would definitely be a fan of ME . I'm SO excited your video made me think of her books🙏 much thanks🥰
@wendyscolouring Amazon U.S. has 3 of her coloring books up. But my personal favorite was the first, titled 'Something to Color', I just paid 67.$ for a copy from a thrift store, if that gives you any idea.😉
I have this book and it is sooooo cute! However I have NEVER seen the point of copying anyone else’s artwork/linework…..I prefer my own, 100%. So I never copy, and besides what is the fun in that, am I right? That way, there are two versions to look at, besides.
Oh my goodness Wendy this is gorgeous 😍
gorgeous , my new fav book , even though I have it I still watched your flip :)
I'm not surprised it's your favourite, its a beauty! Thanks for watching it anyway, xx ❤👍
Awesome Video
Thanks Jamie, x 👍🏻💗

BTW this style reminds me of the ol' Holly Hobby illustrations. Are you familiar with Holly Hobby?🥰
Yes, its very like that isn't it, perhaps that's why I liked it, xx 👍❤️

Totally agree, I much prefer to go my own way, I enjoy the creativity of it. I need to do another page in this, it’s a super book! 👍🏻❤️
