Hazmat is a character that Marvel should invest time into as a villian for Spiderman, Wolverine, or even Captain America etc. He's a tragic villian that is just asking for backstory expansion, same for The Wink.
I think all of the imperfects could become excellent in the hands of good marvel writers. I agree that the Wink and Hazmat are the best, but all of them are great, even Paragon. Only one i think isn't that good is solara.

My favorite characters were Storm, Venom, Iron Man, Solara, Brigade, and Hazmat! Oh and by the way, 2:21-2:46, that was the best Venom I have ever seen! This Venom was even better than the one from The Spectacular Spiderman, and Spiderman 3! When I saw this Venom for the first time, I thought I wouldsee something like this in Spiderman 3, but boy was I dead wrong and disappointed! As I said, this Venom is the best one ever! :D
