Nope, this is just the daily yard transfer from Frontier Yard in Buffalo to Niagara Yard in Niagara Falls. Granted the blue dumpster cars are for Covanta/ReWorld, which does recycle trash into energy.

Thanks a lot! Yep, they were using the L symbols back then, though I don't remember when the symbols changed.

They changed in March 2022, so it was definitely L032 at this point
