"Can you sand for me?" - I laughed so hard, my wife got spooked👍👍 He is a GENIOUS, and he knows, that vengeance is a dish best served COLD. "I am going for lunch". EPIC!
One of the best videos on this channel, EVER👍👍👍👍.
It looks awesome. If only one day
When I pinged him on IG I said he needed an assistant. He got it covered 😂
If I understood the rules correctly, Craig got a _question_ . No guarantees about the answer. So if the question is "can you sand for me?", "no" would've been a 100% legit answer.
I guess we know between Craig and Jason which one really is smarter. :)
@@harvey66616, Jason could for sure have said no..... I think, he is genuinely a nice guy, and he has content to make as well - and this was good entertainment.
1- I love the call to you to help sand. I spit out my coffee. That was great.
2- this highlighted one of the best things about community and that was him being able to call people for help when needed.
Great build Craig.
Great video Jason.
Thank you.
"Can you sand for me?"
OMG I laughed so hard.
And Craig, you CRUSHED it. Bravo!
This proves it. You don't need decades of experience to create beautiful furniture.....just buy yourself a domino(clearly the best tool humanity has produced and everyone rightfully loves it) and make a youtuber do the sanding. Kidding of course, truly is a gorgeous piece. Great work Craig.
A domino and rubio monocoat! 😂🎉
It does help having such a well equipped workshop and that money is no object, but totally agree , kreg did a brilliant job!
IMHO: Craig built a fine and beautiful piece of furniture that any woodwoker/cabinetmaker would be proud of. Congratulations!
Craig's use of his question to you was 4-D chess at its finest! He did an awesome job on the piece and, as you said, can no longer say he isn't a woodworker.
The good news is Craig did an excellent job... the bad news is Jason decided to sell this model and Craig has to build another 20 of them.
😂
Don't give him ideas!
Figures! That has 2 meanings. 😊
Why do you think he made separate jigs for each step? Replication!
I love that you see his skill and pushed him to make a gorgeous piece of furniture. The way you were his hype man through it was heartwarming too Great job guys ❤
Amazing job Craig, looking forward to the launch of your own channel!
This is drop-dead gorgeous! Great job, Craig.
I love Jason's surprise that watching someone else build furniture is entertaining- like we all didn't know that already. Welcome to the party! BTW amazeballs project Craig- you should be over the moon with that end result. One of my favorite videos from this channel!
Impressive Craig, so beautiful! Great job!
That’s a beautiful piece of work, Craig. As a true novice, I can’t thank you enough for the inspiration!
Nice job, Craig! I would love to have the ability to call Keith Johnson every time I get hung up in my shop!
he watched you intently, and learned a lot!! Good job Craig!!!
Kodo's to Craig!!! The timing of this video is absolutely perfect. You hit it out of the park. I have an old dental cabinet that I need to fabricate my own "roll-top". Craig, you gave me just what I needed.
"Can you sand for me???" BEST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!
Really amazing work. Enjoyed seeing this come along on Patreon but this edit is great and can't wait for the next one. Really a testament to Craig being able to watch you with each build and a stellar shop doesn't hurt either. Nicely done!
Whoa Craig that's stunning. Well done! another great video too
Craig is really talented. And it helps to have access to a pros shop and stocks of lumber (or company credit card). My first abdominal only project not made out of pine was a cherry doll cradle my dad and I made for my daughter one year for Christmas. I still make occasional projects. First one always put of pine to make sure plans are accurate.
As an amateur furniture builder, Craig gives me a lot of hope. Very well done. Especially loved how you outsourced some of the sanding 😂
😂😂😂
Beautiful piece! Craig did an outstanding job. I'm inspired to get out to the shop and build something. I love this channel; always entertaining and educational.
This was an awesome episode. Craig absolutely smashed it. Good luck coming back after this one, Jason... I think we just got a new lead for the show 👀
We should appreciate two things in this video.
1: Craig did a freakin great job!
2: The perfect body shot from our guy. :D
Would it be wrong to say Amen?
Great format for a video. Kinda heart-warming to see Craig build and Jason do the commentary, having this mentor mentee thing going on.
Craig you absolutely killed it AMAZING BUILD!
As a novice I love this video and I'm going to have to go back and find the other ones in the series. It makes me realise what's possible if you have the tools and the know how, without having a dozen years experience.
Watching from Duluth and enjoyed Craig's awesome Duluth shirt! Nice job on that beautiful cabinet!
Hey there neighbor. Watching from Minneapolis here.
Craig, I have to give you my honest opinion.....that is the most beautiful TV stand I have ever seen...
BTW, Craig did a KILLER job. I wouldn't know that this wasn't built by an experienced woodworker. He has every reason to be proud as all get out of that piece.
You straight-up killed it, Craig! That turned out gorgeous. I really like how you split that one center board on the front doors into 2 so when the doors are closed you can see the grain matches. Additionally the brass was a really elegant touch that elevates the piece. Fantastic!
Craig did a great job.
Jason, it was a question. His lifeline was he gets to ask you a question.
His question was "can you sand for me?"
You could have answered him with "no"
Cam is a national treasure!
What a stunning piece! Way to go Craig!!
Nicely done, Craig. Awesome design, awesome execution of a perfect Sand Trap.
Oh, the furniture turned out beautiful, too!
Great job Craig. Great peace and great job. Love the phone call for sanding. Be safe and keep them coming both of you.
Really enjoyed this episode. Great job Craig!!!!
Great job Craig! And made me laugh out loud with your one question to Jason. This was a great video. Fun to watch and educational too. Thank you Jason for always coming up with good content.
This was a good build Craig.
I really enjoy this one.
Is been awhile, is nice to see a good furniture build.
Wow! Jason did an amazing job! That looks spectacular.
Craig AWESOME build! You hit a grand slam!
Great job Craig!!! Good challenge Jason, love the tambour and design of the project!
Absolutely beautiful work
He did so well. That's beautiful work
Terrific build Craig! BRAVO!! 👏👏👍👍
That explains it, I was thinking TH-cam didn’t want me watching your videos
It looks absolutely amazing Craig. So very well done.
Best Question Ever!
Craig. The MAN! Great job!!! - Jason, your vacation shots were quite nice. ;) Thank you.
Loved how encouraging you were towards him 🙌🏽 A testament to your character and teaching abilities. Now pls open up a cohort to share with others
Craig did an outstanding job on a very challenging project!!
Wow! Great job Craig! That piece looks amazing!
Love walnut. Great looking project with detailed instructions.
Way to go Craig!
Two days ago, I was thinking what the official geometric name of a pill shape is and then you posted this vid, and it reminded me to look it up.. no joke, it’s a Disco-rectangle! Party on!
Well done Craig. You should be proud.
Millions likes for this work, so beautiful
In less than 3 hours!
In less than 3 hours!
Craig did a hell of a job! My only criticism, and I had to search for it mind you, is that left door grain match on the panel isn’t the best. But seriously, hell of a job for someone who hasn’t done much wood working. That thing would be nice to have in any home
Great job Craig that's a beautiful piece of furniture
DAYUM!!! Killed it Craig!
Very nice. Very professional. On the design side, I would have picked a base that came out slightly on either sides, for a more balanced ratio, tinted black and mat black hardware for handles with the beautiful colour he choose for the wood. But that is just because I'm sick of brass; it's gorgeous!
Gorgeous! Good job, Craig!
Awesome job Craig! It looks awesome.
"can you sand this for me"?
Craig goes full gangster...
Outstanding job!
You deserved the break dude! Love the projects, pointers, and merch!
Looks absolutely great Craig!! Waiting for your “Scotch Butterfly” channel to kick off!!!
I am deeply impressed. Great job! 🫡
Absolutely amazing 🤩
Craig is the best 👌🤘🤙☝
Jason, I loved this video. Craig really did knock this prije t out of the park. That just goes to show how good of an instructor you really are. Kudos to both of you. Walnut is one of my favorite woods, and this project really is fitting for it, and the brass accents were the cherry on top!
Careful there moth! Craig might start his own channel - he is a pro now!
Craig. You are the man. Turned out soo good!!!!
Your assessment is accurate. He did amazing!
Congratulations Craig! 🎉 This is top notch work! 💪👏
That was awesome, Craig & Jason
Superb work, Craig!
Hi there from Umkomass Durban South Afrika . Thanks for all your content .
Wow, awesome job Craig!
Great job Craig! I love it
Man did Craig do an amazing job!
That z clip notch he made in the leg runners I thought at first it was added detail
Yeah Jason, sand, SAND! 🤣
7:05 -- Shots fired. To clarify: If you wanted Craig to build an epoxy tambour table, then Cam would be the perfect choice in that case.
That piece turned out amazing!
Bravo. Beautifully done.
Yay Craig!!! 🎉
Craig, this cabinet turned out beautifully!!! I’m super impressed. (And a little jealous you had access to Jason’s shop and a lifeline to Keith.) Great work!
Craig you did an amazing job, congratulations! And you did right having Jason sand the pieces for you. 😅👍
That is a fantastic piece of work beautiful epic build
Good job, Craig.
Jason, are you doing this to your friend because he said he didn’t pay attention to a video and this is a test to see if he started watching them? Be honest!
Joking aside, these are fun and my skills are definitely more along the lines of Craig than Jason 😂. I feel seen after I watch the Craig builds.
Good job Craig I love it ❤
Nice work Craig!
I’ve never built cabinets before, until earlier this year. I purchased your miter station plans and I adjusted it to fit my needs. I had a problem with the rail and styles trying to make the joints on the table saw, so I just 45ed it and screwed it together. I did buy a Milwaukee track saw before trying this. And that is a tool that makes a big difference. Then I built cabinets on the other side of my shop and I got myself a Rockler router table and the right bits and the quality went way up. Yes I made mistakes that only I know about ( several) but were they really?
Craig it looks awesome buddy
Great job. Better than i could ever do.
Simply amazing Craig💪💪💪
@7:05 love the clapback at Blacktail Studios. Clearly you're friends.
Hell yea Craig well done!
