"Can you sand for me?" - I laughed so hard, my wife got spooked👍👍 He is a GENIOUS, and he knows, that vengeance is a dish best served COLD. "I am going for lunch". EPIC! One of the best videos on this channel, EVER👍👍👍👍.
If I understood the rules correctly, Craig got a _question_ . No guarantees about the answer. So if the question is "can you sand for me?", "no" would've been a 100% legit answer. I guess we know between Craig and Jason which one really is smarter. :)
@@harvey66616, Jason could for sure have said no..... I think, he is genuinely a nice guy, and he has content to make as well - and this was good entertainment.
1- I love the call to you to help sand. I spit out my coffee. That was great. 2- this highlighted one of the best things about community and that was him being able to call people for help when needed. Great build Craig. Great video Jason. Thank you.
This proves it. You don't need decades of experience to create beautiful furniture.....just buy yourself a domino(clearly the best tool humanity has produced and everyone rightfully loves it) and make a youtuber do the sanding. Kidding of course, truly is a gorgeous piece. Great work Craig.
I love that you see his skill and pushed him to make a gorgeous piece of furniture. The way you were his hype man through it was heartwarming too Great job guys ❤
Craig's use of his question to you was 4-D chess at its finest! He did an awesome job on the piece and, as you said, can no longer say he isn't a woodworker.
I love Jason's surprise that watching someone else build furniture is entertaining- like we all didn't know that already. Welcome to the party! BTW amazeballs project Craig- you should be over the moon with that end result. One of my favorite videos from this channel!
Craig is really talented. And it helps to have access to a pros shop and stocks of lumber (or company credit card). My first abdominal only project not made out of pine was a cherry doll cradle my dad and I made for my daughter one year for Christmas. I still make occasional projects. First one always put of pine to make sure plans are accurate.
BTW, Craig did a KILLER job. I wouldn't know that this wasn't built by an experienced woodworker. He has every reason to be proud as all get out of that piece.
As a novice I love this video and I'm going to have to go back and find the other ones in the series. It makes me realise what's possible if you have the tools and the know how, without having a dozen years experience.
Kodo's to Craig!!! The timing of this video is absolutely perfect. You hit it out of the park. I have an old dental cabinet that I need to fabricate my own "roll-top". Craig, you gave me just what I needed.
You straight-up killed it, Craig! That turned out gorgeous. I really like how you split that one center board on the front doors into 2 so when the doors are closed you can see the grain matches. Additionally the brass was a really elegant touch that elevates the piece. Fantastic!
Really amazing work. Enjoyed seeing this come along on Patreon but this edit is great and can't wait for the next one. Really a testament to Craig being able to watch you with each build and a stellar shop doesn't hurt either. Nicely done!
Beautiful piece! Craig did an outstanding job. I'm inspired to get out to the shop and build something. I love this channel; always entertaining and educational.
Jason, it was a question. His lifeline was he gets to ask you a question. His question was "can you sand for me?" You could have answered him with "no"
Great job Craig! And made me laugh out loud with your one question to Jason. This was a great video. Fun to watch and educational too. Thank you Jason for always coming up with good content.
Craig did a hell of a job! My only criticism, and I had to search for it mind you, is that left door grain match on the panel isn’t the best. But seriously, hell of a job for someone who hasn’t done much wood working. That thing would be nice to have in any home
Very nice. Very professional. On the design side, I would have picked a base that came out slightly on either sides, for a more balanced ratio, tinted black and mat black hardware for handles with the beautiful colour he choose for the wood. But that is just because I'm sick of brass; it's gorgeous!
Jason, I loved this video. Craig really did knock this prije t out of the park. That just goes to show how good of an instructor you really are. Kudos to both of you. Walnut is one of my favorite woods, and this project really is fitting for it, and the brass accents were the cherry on top!
Two days ago, I was thinking what the official geometric name of a pill shape is and then you posted this vid, and it reminded me to look it up.. no joke, it’s a Disco-rectangle! Party on!
Craig, this cabinet turned out beautifully!!! I’m super impressed. (And a little jealous you had access to Jason’s shop and a lifeline to Keith.) Great work!
"Can you sand for me?" - I laughed so hard, my wife got spooked👍👍 He is a GENIOUS, and he knows, that vengeance is a dish best served COLD. "I am going for lunch". EPIC!
One of the best videos on this channel, EVER👍👍👍👍.
It looks awesome. If only one day
When I pinged him on IG I said he needed an assistant. He got it covered 😂

Great build Craig.
Great video Jason.
Thank you.
"Can you sand for me?"
OMG I laughed so hard.
And Craig, you CRUSHED it. Bravo!

A domino and rubio monocoat! 😂🎉
It does help having such a well equipped workshop and that money is no object, but totally agree , kreg did a brilliant job!
IMHO: Craig built a fine and beautiful piece of furniture that any woodwoker/cabinetmaker would be proud of. Congratulations!
I love that you see his skill and pushed him to make a gorgeous piece of furniture. The way you were his hype man through it was heartwarming too Great job guys ❤

Amazing job Craig, looking forward to the launch of your own channel!
This is drop-dead gorgeous! Great job, Craig.
That’s a beautiful piece of work, Craig. As a true novice, I can’t thank you enough for the inspiration!
The good news is Craig did an excellent job... the bad news is Jason decided to sell this model and Craig has to build another 20 of them.
😂
Don't give him ideas!
Figures! That has 2 meanings. 😊
Why do you think he made separate jigs for each step? Replication!
I love Jason's surprise that watching someone else build furniture is entertaining- like we all didn't know that already. Welcome to the party! BTW amazeballs project Craig- you should be over the moon with that end result. One of my favorite videos from this channel!
As an amateur furniture builder, Craig gives me a lot of hope. Very well done. Especially loved how you outsourced some of the sanding 😂
😂😂😂
Impressive Craig, so beautiful! Great job!

he watched you intently, and learned a lot!! Good job Craig!!!
BTW, Craig did a KILLER job. I wouldn't know that this wasn't built by an experienced woodworker. He has every reason to be proud as all get out of that piece.
Nice job, Craig! I would love to have the ability to call Keith Johnson every time I get hung up in my shop!

This was an awesome episode. Craig absolutely smashed it. Good luck coming back after this one, Jason... I think we just got a new lead for the show 👀

Cam is a national treasure!
Beautiful piece! Craig did an outstanding job. I'm inspired to get out to the shop and build something. I love this channel; always entertaining and educational.
Whoa Craig that's stunning. Well done! another great video too
We should appreciate two things in this video.
1: Craig did a freakin great job!
2: The perfect body shot from our guy. :D
Would it be wrong to say Amen?
Craig, I have to give you my honest opinion.....that is the most beautiful TV stand I have ever seen...
Loved how encouraging you were towards him 🙌🏽 A testament to your character and teaching abilities. Now pls open up a cohort to share with others
"Can you sand for me???" BEST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!
Best Question Ever!
Great format for a video. Kinda heart-warming to see Craig build and Jason do the commentary, having this mentor mentee thing going on.
Craig is the best 👌🤘🤙☝

Wow! Jason did an amazing job! That looks spectacular.

Love walnut. Great looking project with detailed instructions.

7:05 -- Shots fired. To clarify: If you wanted Craig to build an epoxy tambour table, then Cam would be the perfect choice in that case.
