@pranavvaidya3634 I am not entirely clear about your question but I would say that using Raman to evaluate a graphene sample is the minimum test needed which gives you some basic but incomplete information. Raman y itself is less expensive than other tests but it is also not sufficient on its own to characterize a graphene sample.
