Its not like Track Palin grew up in East LA or West Philly. His parents can afford the best health care even if Veterans benefits suck. Most combat veterans (which Track is apparently not) do not have that option.

I'm prior ARMY and I've got my combat action badge, but I haven't punched my wife. Actually, I did punch her, in my sleep and purely by accident. The first year or so after my second tour I'd lash out in my sleep and I still fight grinding my teeth. My wife freaking hates it and wakes me up, "stop grinding your teeth!" Idk, I woke up to it once like half-dreaming and it felt like I was being crushed by a tremendous weight. I was clenching my teeth and pushing back with everything I had in me. Usually, I wake up not knowing wtf and my teeth hurt so badly I want to faint/puke, "Damn, not this again. I need to sleep for work in the morning."
