They wouldn't, the salaries have to match to comply with the salary cap, Hence why teams can trade players for picks to dump salary for free agency.
No Salary cap = Doesnt matter if you trade someone earning 30 mil for someone earning 3 mil as you cant go over the cap.
Robert Lloyd I haven’t tried it in the game so I wasn’t sure. I thought the rule that salaries had to match was separate from the salary cap. A team in real life with 30mil space couldn’t trade a pick for someone with 20 mil salary because the salaries have to match even if both teams are under the cap

Eliminating the shot clock might not have done anything but I can say that a 45 second shot clock does bring games into the 60-70 point range

the reason why scoring is that affected after getting rid of the shot clock is that the ai will always execute a play as soon as they cross half court, so they always find a good shot and score.

The reason everyone re-signs is because teams offer them bird contracts without salary cap that are worth more than the other teams offers, which means all the players will most likely choose the bigger contract
I think the problem with no conferences in the playoffs is that if your a philly fan than if you team is playing the lakers the games will be on late so views will go down

The last change (financial restriction on trades) was pointless as there is no salary cap, every team already had unlimited cap space and therefore could trade for any player regardless of their salary
Do a challenge where a roster is made with players only playing with teams that they where drafted for and u can only sign other players that have played for that team.

Instead of the top 3 picks done through the lottery, the top 7 picks are, and this actually makes the lottery picks more unpredictable because if say you have the 1st pick, in the lottery it could fall only to the 4th pick, but with this rule it could fall as far as to the 8th pick
