I think the potential is way way higher. Because he says right off the bat they were able to land big customers worth 100K a month = 1.2M a year. And they have only grown 40x. That's like only 40 big customers.
If you watched even 10 minutes of the interview you would know that he worked in the US, and even his company plivo is based in Austin, Texas for all their American clients.
Hyderabad will miserably fail, people in hyderabad especially telguites are not open minded, they lack all the necessary skills, they are just surviving basis telgu brotherhood, this strategy does not work in long run, telguites do lot of groupisim, a lot of them went to us but no use, they did not learn a single thing from us culture, they still carry the old age mindset. They have hjjaked h1b visa system as well, investors should be aware of this.
