At 11:58:27 AM, the town of Okarche conducted a monthly test of their outdoor warning sirens on Saturday, August 7, 2021. The test consisted of a 20 second alert blast.
I met up with Andrew, (Sirens Of Oklahoma).
This is the first video of a test of Okarche’s new siren system. So I hope you like it!

Okarche ok's siren ambience is JUST HEAVEN but sadly they ruined it with eclipse 8s
The same happened to the Purdue university siren system.

we have that in caddo county ok including a 2001 an a old ww2 sire by the city hall
What town is the Eclipse in Caddo County in? Is it Anadarko?

I didn’t know okarche had another siren! Is this new?
It’s decently new, it replaced a 2T22. The 2 other Eclipses in this town replaced a Screamer S-10 and a T-128.

I can compare it to an STH-10 or like a slightly overpowered XT22. So it’s decently loud.

The T-128 must’ve had problems then. I’m surprised they didn’t replace it with another T-128

What did the new system replace?
This specific siren replaced a 2T22. The other Eclipses replaced a Screamer S-10 and a T-128.
They also had a sterling wich was their first siren
Yep, and a skirted 3T22. But the old system replaced those. And now the Eclipses are here.
That sterling was an old fire siren, the oldest siren on their old system was the 2t22
