    Thanks bro, you’re a lifesaver. I bought a nordictrack off of OfferUp and the lady didn’t know how to adjust it. Your video definitely did the job.

    This video saved me, thank you guys sharing. I bought the 2450 brand new, my hubs put it together, and after a few months use, it started slowing at 15 min use. Its my first time owning and had no idea what was wrong, noticed the belt making a scraping sound, lost the manual, and couldn't figure out to get to the belt to adjust.

    Wow this corrected the issue, I will never buy a NordicTrack product ever again, even if their are affiliated, if i find out someone use to work for them works with a product I will avoid it. over 4k plus repairs and I cant even run, its strictly used for walking and I weigh under 180lbs

    I ordered an Allen wrench for the Nordic track treadmill on Amazon. I lost the original key that came with the treadmill. My question is is the Allen wrench supposed to click when you have insert it correctly? I’m finding it very hard to turn. Is this normal?

    Hey Steve I received my 2450 and love it! So far the video is a little laggy but I was reading and the next update should fix it. Quick question about the belt. My belt has a gap on both sides so I’m sure it’s centered….but when I was on it around 2mph I notice it slips. I’m also a little heavier though. Do you think it’s worth messing with it even if it’s centered? It’s less than 1 week old. Only used it twice.

    • @SteveJulien
      @SteveJulien  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you think it’s slipping, then it’s fine to tighten. As it’s centred, try 1/4 turns on each side and see how it feels.
      👍🏽

      @@SteveJulien thank you for your reply! Wouldn’t tightening mess with it being centered?

    Have you figured out how to turn off the screen when you are done? With peloton it was just a power button on the back. I don’t see any option on this screen to turn it off or any power button off.
    Only work around I have found is taking out the safety pin then it dims after 5 minutes.

    • @SteveJulien
      @SteveJulien  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Screen power button would be great addition.
      I turn mine off at the wall socket or there’s an on/off rocker switch on the treadmill where the power cable goes in.

    Hello Steve, I must appreciate all the help here and for every video you do in this fitness area. I really love nordictrack machines, I have 3 of them.
    Recently I’ve bought the 2450 treadmill, but I’m experiencing a squeaking noise since the 2nd day I have it 😢.
    It’s over 3 weeks now and I’m still with the same issue. I tried to put some wd40 and nothing, the squeaking continues and it’s so annoying. This only happens with incline between -1 and 5. It’s something to do with the incline of the treadmill. Do you have any ideas to help me Steve?
    Thank you in advance.

      i had to lube the incline screw bolt on our 2450. it is underneath, slightly towards the front roller from the piston that helps to lift when folding.

    What if I've got like... A half-inch of "give" between the belt and the "floor" of the treadmill? Like when I step down, there's a gap between the belt and the floor and makes the walk feel... tacky. Do I need a new belt entirely? I've got an old NordicTrack; stumbled on your video by searching something like "Nordic Track tighten belt".
    Great video!

      Silicon and roughly every 120 miles or when you step down and it feels like it’s sticking under ur foot

      I just got mine and been trying to get rid of the slippage by tightening the roller, it either shifts to one side while running or does not feel like it gets tightened at all.
