    Hi @Derek Callan, Thank you for your useful classes :) I have a doubt related to vacatiomn and the phrasal verb fill in for somebody. If we are talking about the work schedule in a hospital, should I use it for a doctor on call (plantão médico) in a hospital?

    • @derekcallan-englishforpros
      @derekcallan-englishforpros  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Elis, thanks for your comment! If a hospital doctor is on holiday or sick leave and another doctor has taken over that doctor’s work temporarily, you can use the phrasal verb fill in. Does that answer your question?

      Hi Sorour!
      It's hard for me to say without having more context. Who did you write the mail to, your boss or someone else?
      I'll give it a try anyway. Here's my version, with a few small changes:
      Dear Mr/Ms ...
      Following on from our phone call earlier today/yesterday, I would like to inform you/I want to let you know that the technical datasheet has now been uploaded to the EN DOC system. Could you please arrange a skype meeting on Sunday 13/02/2022 at 10.00 am between Enerchimi and FBC.
      Thank you and best regards,
      ....
      As I said before, it's quite difficult for me to give feedback without more context.
