I had Min Pins and they got cold. Mine always had to wear shirts in the summer and fleece coats in the winter to keep warm in the house. The warm water is what the little imp is enjoying. Mine also loved getting in the warm laundry after I got it out of the dryer. I kept a heated blanket on the bed (under all the linens so it was like a big heating pad) and kept it on for my Min Pins and Italian Greyhounds because they are so cold intolerant. I miss my little pinheads and Iggies.

YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME. We just put our beautiful 12 year old min pin down 3 days ago. But one thing I can tell you for a fact, she HATED water. She HATED pools and she HATED baths. Her entire life. I would always try to calm her down while bathing her but she would always struggle to leave the tub. For some reason I always assumed that min pins hated water. They don't even like drinking water lol. You must have trained the hell out of that dog. I for one am impressed.
Same with my Min Pin, every time I HAD to give her a bath, because she rolled around in some mess, it was a battle. I cannot tell you how many times I got bit trying to give her a bath. I finally gave up and had a professional give her a bath. My Min Pin cannot swim, and one day chased some ducks and jumped in the pond after them and nearly drowned. She sank like a rock, and with her tiny paws she barely kept her snout out of the water. So, I am also shocked to watch a Min Pin volunteer for a bath.
Honestly, i think you shouldn't express your opinion in this video, if your theory is true, i afraid that their owner will mad at them because they act frightened in this video and will beat them or torture them. I'm scared you guy, i can see those fear in this video
Your, mine and other min pins have so many traits in common. But love of baths is not one of them. Our little Bogart struggles to get out of the tub through the whole bath. What he does love is getting under the covers and I am ashamed to say that is where he has spent his nights for the last 6 years, under OUR covers! It's not a case of can't control my dog, it's a case of can't control my wife lol. It's cool to see your black and tan Min Pin with your matching Dobermans.
My sister told me to watch this video and before ever looking at the comments we were saying how this looks so creepy and those dogs look like they are in fear like this man has beaten them or something and sure enough every comment is said the same thing I am a dog walker and I have dogs that just absolutely love when I arrive and I see them what they are with their owners these dogs are not happy they are not feeling or showing love they are afraid and I am afraid that there is something very negative in that place his voice alone creeps me out but those dogs I am very scared for them they do not look happy it is so sad
This is polar opposite of my min pin, I can't even take her out side if it rained or is barley sprinkling, She HATES getting wet. Yours is adorable by the way :)
i think its cruel to have a muzzle on your dog when they are in there own home i could understand if the owner puts it on when they are out at the park for example but in the dogs own home thats just wrong!!!!! i mean like we have a muzzle for my min pin her name is rosey but we only use it for when we r out or sum thin

If you had a min pin you would know that they have strong personalities and there is no way you can make them do anything they don't want to do, so obviously she likes to take baths because her tail wags when he asks her if she wants one. Both breeds like to bark a lot, so I imagine he just had some type of muzzle on there. It came off very easily. Don't be so quick to accuse folks!.
So I'm guessing the duct tape muzzle has something to do with the chewed up door frame. When my min pin was a puppy, he tried to chew through the drywall.

That's a homemade muzzle so the Doberman doesn't bite other dogs or bite people, it's not on the dogs fur and skin it on a piece of foam or something, because the owner took it off
The tape is probably taped to foam because if you watched the rest of the video he took it off. If it was taped to his mouth it wouldn't come of that fast. It's a homemade muzzle.
I have the bathtub already full when I bathe my dog. I also get in there with the dog since he is a smaller dog. he is not that in to it; but stands there patiently while I bathe him.
mine won't go out if it's raining..she doesn't like to get wet and will hold it forever. she likes to swim but not baths and runs around like A crazy dog afterwards

My little min pin Jojo love taking baths w me. After i get in he will jump in for a few long enough to door water ocde Him n clean Him the. He jumps out shakes n goes n find his blankit n alemán up or he will Watch me Take a bath n bark at me. I started taking Him baths After i got Him so he will love it later in life n i think it worked. Hes almost 5months now. Got to love thm

This is the toy breed of minpins, our boy is a standard minpin, quite a bit larger, yet still a fraction of the size of the doberman pincer.

Is being clumsy part of the min pins traits? Because mine use to be and sometimes still is clumsy.
Most min pins don’t enjoy the water and they shouldn’t be given regular baths because they are prone to skin irritation.
