Politics is a dirty game that's why ECL does not want to contest again though the Zambian people are crying for him to come back. He's not desperate for power . He enjoys being an ordinary citizen going about his business without being followed by desperate people who are craving for power using ubufi and imingalato. It does not work that way. There are more smarter people in Zambia.
