Everything looks so delicious! I love cooking and vlogging too. Thank you for the inspiration. As my husband and I just moved to Japan and started living together, I’m always trying out new recipes and constantly need new ideas 😊

I love to watch you cook. Interesting how foods differ in various countries. In America, our carrots are much skinnier and longer than other places. Not sure if we even have pork belly or minced pork in our main grocery stores, let alone calamari.

It rains a lot over there doesn’t it? Virtually every video I’ve seen of anyone in the UK, it’s usually raining or has just rained.

    Hello Clarisse
I left the uk in 78 for a new life in The Netherlands.
I havent been back home to visit since 2019.
I couldnt believe how pricy the cheese was in your shopping.
I often shop at lidl over here and pick up some good bargains in the clothes section as well as shower gels and other toiletries.
The freshly baked section is always popular and the fruit and vegitables.
    Thankyou for sharing.

i live in calif here! and people are in food lines that stretch for miles ! that start at 5 am its no joke ! and when you see people in the grocery stores the are angry ! you are so blessed where your at right now ! we are over taxed here on everything !

That’s not true, maybe during the pandemic. I can say that honestly as I do live in California. Food prices are high everywhere due to big corporations greediness. Hopefully the uber rich will be taxed, pay their fair share & prices will come down with Kamala president.

I don't see this at all and I am in CA. Everyone I know is pleasant and happy at the grocery store. There are no lines. We get delivery as well. I'm not sure what area you are in, but this is not the case in all of CA

There's huge food give aways where I live, on the remote pacific northwest coast. Yes, we line up. But everything is fresh and free. Every week. It's truly amazing. And well appreciated by many.

The only online home delivery in a few hours I know is Morrisons via Amazon but they are super expensive........Tesco also do a Whoosh delivery that I use sometimes if desperate and the delivery price is £2.99 but the prices for the goods are way above any normal Tesco price list so that too is really expensive.
Do you ever bake cakes with your son or make home made chocolates etc, I used to love doing that and still do If I'm invited anywhere, I take them as a little gift, and also a fresh fruit salad jam packed with every kind of fruit :)

Hello friends 👋 New friend here from the US. This was a very enjoyable video. It's nice to see people from the Philippines in the UK. Most of the Filipinos I watch are in Japan.
What do you do in the UK? My friends in Japan work in the food industry.
I'm glad your channel was on my stream. I plan to binge watch for the next couple of hours 😊
My name is Julia and I'm an RN living with my husband in Indiana (US). We love Filipino and Malaysian foods, well, any Asian foods really, but no seafoods. We've made chicken adobo, sinigang rice, and bika before. We make Filipino spaghetti too (copy cat Jollibee) so good.
Sorry for rambling. Take care and have a great weekend 😊

I never shop in Aldi. I'm celiac, and they have practically nothing I can eat.
Maybe one day they will expand to catering for us.

@daniellecomeau2996 No celiac. I can't have egg white.
I wouldn't go in for 2 or 3 things when Tesco has a price match.
M&S fruit and veg look so much nicer and last longer.

Celiac isnt to do with egg white, its to do with barley, wheat, oats, gluten etc and aldi actually quite a lot for Celiac. What country are you in? @karenrobinson129

Darn it,imagine being told you are celiac and not just intolerant by your doctor and hospital and not knowing about egg white.
The reason I mentioned egg white is because the person had eggs on their Aldi list. Maybe take time to read the post and the response before commenting.

@@Felicity2121it's not rust it's burnt on cooking and they can clean very easily. Had electric cook like this when I first got married the rings come off and is easy cleaned with a Brillo or steel wool , also the whole top lifts up like a car bonnet and you can place foil underneath, to protect it from spills as happens with every cooker .
