Everybody in the 9 to 5 conforming workplace makes innumerable negative comments every day about this and that. Work is tolerated to provide the means to do more fun things. The flight benefits and ability to work around your schedule are totally worth any negatives of the job. I will be starting my journey soon after my youngest graduates. I'll take any good, bad and ugly for free flights and not being chained to a desk 40 hours a week.

You've been dealing with a challenging summer of travel, so it's very reasonable that you aren't all 'sunshine and rainbows' about your job. I'd much rather have a real insight into your experience than to have you faking it. Your job is difficult even when everything is going exactly as it should, which hasn't been the case that often these past couple months. I follow a number of FA vloggers, and yours is one of my top three favorites (and I don't have those three ranked, so consider it a tie for first place!) Anyway, I hope the car works out, and you had a great roadtrip!

No job is perfect. It is what you do with your job to make your life better. I was forced into retirement because of injuries sustained on the job, but I still miss my job.....4 yrs later. But, when I was working, it could be very difficult

Wow! I've never thought you didn't like your job, it seems like to me you love it. What I like is you don't try to make it look all glamorous, you keep it real. The vloggers I can't relate to are the ones who obviously do it to look pretty and give the impression that it is all glamorous. The glamorous part is the travel perks, but it's a job too... I haven't even used any of my travel perks yet , but that's the main reason for the job. I always wanted to just be a flight attendant and work on a plane, so for me, Allegiant is great. But it's so obvious you enjoy what you do. But as I said it's a job. Here at g4 if we leave as long as it's under 30 days we can come back. I do sometimes think the layovers would be great, but G4 is ok, been here almost 2 years. I hate RESERVE THOUGH Again, your my favorite vlogger because your real...your down to earth, you don't try to look glamorous, ( though you always look really great don't get me wrong) but alot of vloggers do it fir the attention. You don't come across that way at all. You remind me alot of me. Keep up the vlogs

I wish i had a FLIGHT ATTENDANT WIFE. I have been traveling all over Africa, Europe, Asia and the Middle East the TICKET PRICES are astronomical. I just came from China and Japan. Next week, I will be traveling to Istanbul, Saudi Arabia and Doha, Qatar and those tickets are NOT CHEAP....THANKS FOR BEING A FLIGHT ATTENDANT
Hahahahahahah! Well, you win with me! Flying post Covid is especially hard! I am reentering next month and I am like “do I really wanna do this?” Cos pre 2020 was sooo different. But the flight benefits are 💯 and a huge perk. I watch an Australian FA on YT and they don’t get free flights with her airlines. They only get discounted tickets HOWEVER they are paid from check in to check out so maybe that is a better trade? I really don’t know hahaha
I would say most Flight Attendants have been a little “negative” lately. I take that more as a reflection of the work vibes, not the people. It seems summer flying is taking its tole on you guys. It’s nice to see an intentionally positive video though!
Morale is definitely pretty low, at least at my airline. I try to toe the line of being real and being negative, I try not to complain but sometimes it comes out 😂
It really varies by location! Even if it's a Hilton in one place that will give me points, the next Hilton may not. Are you booking the hotels yourself, or is your company booking them?

Everyone complains abkut their job at somepoint. I work in healthcare which is constantly understaffed very stressful etc but i have a cool job that not a lot of people get to experience. I could never do a 9 to 5 desk job again

What I would like to know if why airlines can't manage to keep wheelchairs safe for disabled passengers. I am an ambulatory wheelchair user and I will never fly in the future because I'm scared that my $3000 plus mobility aid that I depend on will get lost or damaged, and that can be expensive! Plus airlines never do anything to really help the who loses their chair or can't use it anymore.

People of all ages are flight attendants! As long as you can do the physical part of the job, there's no age cap
