Discovering the radioactive waste bunker was a moment in this game that actually made me cry. It was such a heartbreaking moment for me. Among all of our existential threats, radiation is easily the one that terrifies me the most so for it to be the first thing in this game that was beyond my control and for it to have undone so much of my very hard fought progress was just so overwhelming for me. I love this game.

A tip if you want it:
Use the monorail system to move around buildings instead of making new ones. Its cheaper, and you save space. Its especially helpful with the climate buildings since they cant be too close to each other

Have you ever tried Valheim? I've been playing it, and you can make nice cozy Viking cabins that overlook the water and waves, and there are weather effects like fog, rain, pretty sunsets...The main game is difficult, but it's easy to cheat and just build build build.
