    I invested in backward area but I can not sell it easily and the residential property have fast selling even in the worst situation

    Wali bhai, what about operational costs for commercial vs Residential Properties..?

      It really depends on the property. You can find extremely high maintenance cost for a premium residential property while cheap for a commercial property & vice versa. It does not depend on residential or commercial property - but type of property. In general, villa maintenance cost is lower than apartment but then there are other costs involved in maintaining villas.
