Sir,
Case 1: If we are meshing the column frame element, then no need to consider additional slender moment as per IS CODE.
Case 2: If we are not meshing the frame element, then we have to consider additional slender moment along with P-Delta

Don't go fot Case1 ..be in the conservative side and take P-delta and Additional moment both

Sir it has been seen in video that while checking concrete preference, consider P-Delta done? is selected as yes which is black in colour that means it changed by the user if we run P-Delta analysis then ETABS should consider that by default right?

my shear wall is showing extreem high RF requirement. what is the issue.

Shear walls always attract high amount of force due to higher higher lateral stiffness along its longer dimension, so it is obvious. In case u want to get lesser force in it then, few more shear walls you have to introduce along the same direction.
