I make my own chili powder. The base is Serrano and Habernaero peppers I grew, dried and powdered. Then I throw my chili powder in the pan when the meat is still raw, and cook it with the meat, adding more flavour. Then when I eat it, I add a Ghost pepper sauce and cheese
Oh my goodness. This is a great chili recipe. It is snowing and bone-chilling cold here in Georgetown, Kentucky. Tomorrow it is supposed to be in the single digits with a windchill below zero. So this chili will be right on time.
I just made this chili yesterday with a pan of cornbread and OMG the entire pot was gone in 2 days lol !! This recipe was very easy to follow and super delicious. I highly recommend this recipe. THANK YOU ❤

Great recipe Gina. I love chili and make it often. The reason I don’t use the season packet is because it uses a lot of sodium which if you have BP issues, it’s best to use the separate seasons. Thanks Gina, I love your videos.

There is a chili seasoning in my area
called Williams chili seasoning no sodium.
McCormick has low sodium Chili packets
