@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial: Hard to say, Simon. You, guys, cover pretty much everything. Right now I am slowly going through your videos and memorize your advises and implement then into my game. If you did not cover these topics, I would love to hear your thoughts on the following ones: 1) Winning play patterns for clay court players; 2) Fitness for tennis players (young and those who are 45+); 3) Main strategies for 45+ players who play peers and guys who are 20 years younger. The reason I focus my attention on these three topics is: 1) I am 46. Once a week I play with the guy who's 20 years younger. He is destroying me, but sometimes I manage to take 2-3 games in a set. 2) I love to lift free weights including kettle bells, and I noticed that sometimes I do too much and, as a consequence, I don't have any energy to play top of my game on court. 3) I play on clay courts. That could work, slightly less of a loop will save you time. But early preparation could also give you a huge boost in time
@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial thank you. I had completely forgotten about the early preparation.
Great lesson as always. Are you guys using a wireless lavalier mic or a shotgun mic? The audio sounds really good.
Thank you for watching
Our new cameraman uses two mics, a shotgun on top of the camera’s and a mic on a long stick above our heads 👍
@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial great sound for viewers to enjoy
When I start the uncoil is my hitting arm straight or bent and is my contact to the front right of my body when I uncoil
Straight or bent lesson - th-cam.com/video/CcG11r6tOrg/w-d-xo.html
Ideally you would make contact in front of your body
All the best

Which Vcore is this that Alex has ?
What's the idea behind hitting from the butt cap?
To reinforce the lag phase
Final part is awesome. Reminded me of Jackie Chan movies. :)
Thank you for watching
Are there any lessons you would like to see in the near future?
All the best

@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial: Hard to say, Simon. You, guys, cover pretty much everything. Right now I am slowly going through your videos and memorize your advises and implement then into my game. If you did not cover these topics, I would love to hear your thoughts on the following ones:
1) Winning play patterns for clay court players;
2) Fitness for tennis players (young and those who are 45+);
3) Main strategies for 45+ players who play peers and guys who are 20 years younger.
The reason I focus my attention on these three topics is:
1) I am 46.
Again, thank you for doing great job!
With best regards from Ukraine,
Vitaliy
