That first fight was obviously a very skill intensive battle as the relative skill/tooling matchup there made it very important to hit/run and use consumes wisely, but I have to say that the entire style of gameplay/engagement is something I'm wondering if the game is better or worse for. How do you personally feel about the way that combat unfolds in this current iteration of the game? I haven't played since release as I got into game development (since DAD ruined all other games for me) so I don't wanna sit here and "tell people how it is" when I don't know, so I wanted to gauge your thoughts on where things are at and if you like the skill expression and engagements where things are at?
Idk about you bit that barbarian fight was painful as fuck to watch. It didn't even look like a fun fight.

make sure to include action speed bonuses on a build like this. It makes the percentage sky rocket. I ran a 58% action speed fighter with a falchion recently. Literally the best kit I've ever had. I never lost a single fight with it. I finally lost the kit because I couldn't find an escape.
Y4mi you should watch Your Boy Blinn's stealth guide. It goes over how to be sneaky without hide and which torches to put out to not raise suspicion. I think it is the best stealth guide to date for this game and I said as much in the comments.

uh yami. may wanna do research. at around 45-50 dex the action speed kinda just plateaus. there’s almost no noticeable difference. theres a graph somewhere showing it. not hating but i just learned this and thought i could spread the knowledge.

Also, so you ever run into the situation where songs dont play if you are near another player? like in a close-knit situation trying to get off shriek, skip first note and hit the last two - it still doesnt play? is it a skill issue? beta test issue? am i alone in this?
you're definitely not alone, ive had a similar experience where either: (shriek) i fumble both of the notes a little and hit the good portion instead of perfect (skill issue) or i hit them enough but put my instrument away too quickly after the last note
something is definitely off I play my songs by straight audio and always play all the notes. sometimes the song just ends on that last note and no buff happens. could be a lag thing?

Barbarian doing most of your health in one hit kinda sounds about right. Rouge should not be able to tank that so you played that extremely well.

i recently came back to the game, and a warlock 1 taps me with a grey weapon, i though i was bad, well now i think is not on me at all. Why do they never balance the game? :S i love this game, but damn the balance is so stupid and everyone can see this.

Your entire build for 46% action speed. as a Lorr fan all i can think is you're a Slayer fighter with 40 less hp, no crossbow or bow, no sprint and 20% less action speed. Rogue is in shambles this patch
ur forgetting the poison and silence ability, and also he has knives that proc his effects, also also he gets daggers which have more dps in 4 seconds then a falc could if both landed headshots. not to say hed win a straight trade hed have to lower them a bit cause the health dif but rogue isnt completely in shambles
