I tried forcefully and it didn't even move. Some girls of the class beat me in arm wrestling. 9 years after, I'm at my 24 years old. Benching 80kg for many reps, squatting 100kg for reps, and many other good weights I can do that I couldn't even imagine before. And yes, Zyzz was my main inspiration. Keep the grind brah's, we're all gonna make it. I did it. And the feeling is amazing.

They weren't the most perfect push-ups once I got to 45, but I think the most important thing is to train until complete failure.
