@@robertnagy3942 counting reps is better than doing every exercise to total failure. If you start going to failure early on in your workout, your later exercises will be failing earlier than if you were to ration your energy out properly - thus minimizing your muscle growth. Going to failure is good, but not for every exercise. You'll just make yourself weaker for the next set.

Just a little story from me If you´re interested in It. I started working out in 2008 November, I smashed all my workouts, I am looking good but with Covid I gained too much pounds back from all this sitting and doing nothing. Plus all the negativity from the world all this degeneracy in this tiktok gifs and what not, I was literally in my second depression. And then, from nothing I saw all this TH-cam Videos coming up with Zyzz reborn and a lot of people who are thinking like I do "In which pussy generation are we living in?" I am writing this comment to my best friend Christoph who passed away in the end of 2020, we were driving to the gym with Zyzz Megamix Hardstyle music and just wanted to live life. I do this for you, I do this for Zyzz, I do this for me and most important I do this for the world! Get stronger people! Being weak is okay, staying weak is NOT! We´re all going to make It!
Day 1 of me working out at home listening to this music. I got Covid and Tuberculosis on 2021 I recovered around 2022 March, my Stamina was drastically decreased because of the two disease resulting on my weak lungs. Tbh, the T.B came back to me again on 2021, I thought I was free from it after I finished taking meds at 2016. Gotta prepare myself incase It came back again whether to finish it's business or to weaken me again, I also started to bike to help build up my stamina more. Also, I'd say that my body is a bit average and a bit low now, I weight 40kg when I was still trying to recover, those two fcked me up lol. Now I'm 64kg, really excited to see the outcome. I'm happy to join the Grind.
Zyzz always saved my life from depression. And now, i'm starting to workout and planning to join in powerlifting competition, hope to meet another new friends.

I just recovered from my post op ear surgery, I couldn’t workout during that time and now I’m getting back into it. I need all the power and support to look like Zyzz because I can have a superb level of confidence like his. We all can, so please everyone, are you with me?
I just found out who this guy was about 3-4 months ago. This guy has inspired me to achieve my gladiator physique. Dude still reaches out, one way or another. 7 months in and going strong!

Zyzz music lives on. Almost a decade later, and the legend himself continues. Zyzz is a Chad.
Since you are reading this, I’m proud of you brother, you got out of bed to become a better version of yourself.
Keep it going, don’t give up. LETS GO 💪🏻
You too bro
I started to work out. and now im almost a year into workout. Its just such a good thing to stand infront of the mirror and you can see your shredded body getting better and better
Im proud of you
Listening to this at work with my brother while doing push ups in the office. I think this is why it's worth living. 💪
Been out of the gym for 3 weeks cause of covid. Today I hit the gym and had this Playlist running. I had the sikkest pump you can imagine.
And then at 48:34 the pump reached unthinkable heights. Zyzz helping people in 2022 is testamony to his legacy.
He will never be forgotten
47:35 the best song and most iconic of this legend 💪
zyzz is truly an inspiration. even if he's long gone, he'll always be living in my mind and my heart till i rot. thinking of him as i do my sets in the gym made me go from 96 kg, to 82 kg. we're all gonna make it brahs
xoxo
I stopped training at 16 due to a personal accident which left me traumatized. After 20 years I returned to training. These past two years have been the best in my life. Trauma handled better, physical issues such as asthma handled better, attitude formed (and keeps forming) under the notions that I will have to give my all no matter what.
gym community is the best community I've ever found.
Thank you grind bros and sisters!
Being a teenager in the late 2000s and 2010s, I don't know how I managed to avoid this fitness/hardstyle culture.
I'm almost 30 and getting fit AF, and only discovered Zyzz 2 weeks ago. RIP Zyzz
Good luck bro

We all gonna make it bruh.
I been in the gym for 5 years now and I wish I knew about zyzz when I was kid he would have helped me a lot but I know he him and he still has the same drive he would have gave fat 12 year old me

Just found out about Zyzz a few days ago and almost immediately I could feel it, cheered me up and broke my heart. The icon, the omnipresence, the aura of inspiration, everlasting positivity and unbreakable will that surrounds him still.
Hell yeah. I just started learning about him this week and his story inspires me in every way. It's beautiful that a decade later he's still motivating people to get into the gym. Truly a legend.
I have stop go gym since 4 days... I feel like my demons take me back. But today, i wake up, listening this playlist and make my gym bag. We all gonna make it braah. Never give up. U can fall but u always need to get up. 💪

Don't quit on Zyzz, he's smiling down on your grind.
Yes, I saved my life by starting the gym thanks to zyzz. True story. It's hard to put into words but I truly felt the "little zyzz in me" during a workout. Since that happened I have never missed the gym. And that saved my life, which was hell. "We’re all gonna make it, brahs" 💪🔱

I’ve been having the same idea hahaha
Zyzz was Legendary! I only hope, that people learn from him. Acquire the aesthetics, make the gains, but do it naturally. In order to prevent any more unnecessary tragedies. R.I.P Brah, Forever Mirin! 💪💯

Fuck being natty, just dont eat clen in a sauna lol
i mean, sadly he probably would have died anyway due to his heart defect, more importantly than Natty or Not is ensuring that you get your health checked regularly and thoroughly and doing plenty of research
Live forever Zyzz. I had a shoulder injury and couldn train for 3 years. This year i got back and i will always remember u when i started back in 2008. Still inspiring kids till today. What a chad.
I always wondered if he only knew how much of an inspiration he is. He got me in the best of the my life. Stopped drinking, cut the sugar and went from 282lbs down to 195lbs. If you are listening Zyzz, thank you. Here at the gym doing sets in your honor. We got this brahs. If I can do it, so can you. One more rep, one more set, just say to yourself one more.

as an australian, going to the gym, I've always heard of zyzz and never knew anything about him, for the past few years, I've seen clips and decided to find some info about him, and I've been a big listener ever since, and to know he was a fellow aussie near my home state is very shocking, R.I.P to the man, THE LEGEND, The Myth and the G.O.A.T of fitness
When I listen to this playlist, I stop counting reps.
I do it until I drop them weights..
Keep grinding bruvs!
Kind of same. Is it better to do every exercise until complete failure ? Or is counting reps better for muscle growth?
@@robertnagy3942 I kinda more like my every set to be till faliure, because I enjoy the feeling of not being able to finish the rep. And also, it gives me a real picture of my progress
@@fabztau1996 yeah I got a proper plan since that comment and I do mostly 5x5 , 4x8 and 4x12 sets, and one 5x10 for one particular exercise

He trained very hard and made it to the world championship in june. He won the silver medal and I am very proud of him.
