Thanks alot for your help with these two classes as they are the foundation for the accounting journey I feel going to intermediate in the fall, and know that these videos I will watch again in the summer for the review and know I will do good in the following classes later, thanks a lot again !!
Eggs.. not too filling (for me). Rice? Wouldn't go with rice maybe brown rice if I had to, it digests slower & keeps you full for longer. I'd go for as much protein as we can afford on this budget, so cheaper protein such as chicken, beef if we can find something on special offer 🤔 Some fish? Mackerel is usually cheaper and fairly filling, also canned tuna is filling, can be cheap and is a relatively healthy option. I'd basically buy as much on special offer as possible or even in a "reduced to clear" section. Greens, sure.. some leafy greens, tomatoes and onion, you gotta eat the onion, and lemon (antioxidants)! We may need some mayonnaise or other dressing to go with it (we may have this sitting in the fridge though). As mentioned maybe brown rice, wholemeal/wholegrain bread & wholemeal pasta, or quinoa, buckwheat- these grains keep you full for longer. Oh, and bananas- cheap and filling! Lol, love the exercise 👌🏼
Hi Mr.bell Hope you're doing well I'm an international student in TRU and I do love your courses. I just want to mention that, as I'm new to English language and most of the times I don't catch some words during the teaching , I would really appreciate if you don't close the subtitle for your videos. because this video (MA26 - Budgets - Mod 8 Intro) for Managerial Accounting criteria doesn't have any subtitle and the subtitles has closed for this video . Many thanks,
Hi Farzad, I didn't change any settings and TH-cam won't let me enable them - it must be an error in processing the video on TH-cam's end. I'll try to fix it, but it might just be stuck this way. Let me know if this is happening on other videos of mine - I want subtitles on all of them!
You are doing great works for us accounting students...🤝🤝
Thank you.Right now its 2 am and ı am watching your video from Turkey. Thanks a lot for your videos.

It would be useful to add captions.
They usually automatically get put on the videos, but this one doesn't for some reason - I'll look into it.
