@@TigerFury depends on pc specs , i actually had the hardest time getting PS2 and GameCube to work on my PC and my PC can run quite few heavy games , i mean i guess PC today should handle it but my pc was built in mid 2010's and working great and play the games i HAVE so not looking to upgrade but man i just could not get that ps2 to run , i was proud to buy a ps2 through ebay got a good deal got Scarface with it and price of that game alone was a steal , 2 controllers and a memory card for 90 bucks! why this long comment well after that one first games i bought was ROCKY cause this game is AWESOME!
@UnKnown-br1lp sorry for late reply, mid 2010's pc should be enough. I have an older build pc can't fully remember the specs as it just used as a media server now but has something like 8gb ram, gtx 970 and i think amd 8350 cpu. This ran ps2 games in 720-1080p perfectly, it might just be a config error or something not setup up right. I love original hardware but playing these games in an emulator offers a lot of great enhancements. If I was you I'd think about upgrading to even a basic rtx, a more modern cpu like even a ryzen 1800x that won't break the bank but will give you a half decent boost in performance. It would probably cost about £200-£300 don't know what that would be in USD but it's a small price to pay for the benefits 😉

You sir are the bomb. I could never play these games, and I was a Rocky fanatic. Now I’m old, I own all movies, much merch, but have never played the video games. As a Rock-head I can tell the love put into these titles. Punch-Out was great but glad Rocky stayed with the material instead of going cartoony and gimmicky.
I used to have this game for the Xbox 360 & it was a lot better than it seems in this? video the gym sections were a lot more difficult than they 1st seemed the best part of it was that you could fully use the ring to dodge around the opponent to try & get the advantage & try to win the rounds 😊 much more satisfying than some of the other similar games

Love how the cutscenes are still so fire to this day 22 years later. Hours and hours on this one 💯💯🤣🤣 rocky legends was kinda trash unfortunately
This game was fun for the nostalgia, but some of the characters were too overpowered as you go throughout a fight. They seemed to get faster and stronger.l and could suddenly block everything. I snapped my disc in frustration after an impossible comeback by one of the not so famous characters. Lets just say i dont miss it
