Here's a common sense question to ask your self. What would you rather see at the beach; A cop wearing a mask, with a gun, holding a box of masks, handing out tickets to people for not wearing masks? Or some naked guy with a beard jumping into a wave?
And established nude beach always gets taken over by clothes wearing want to be hippies that play bongos. These bongo players are rarely nudists. So why do they always frequent nude beaches?? My advice to anyone who likes nude beaches is not to go there !! go to any other spot in Hawaii
It really seems like those dealers are allowed to operate with impunity for a reason and my idea is that it breaks down the family structure therefore descendants will sell our family land and it just seems like an attack on the Hawaiian culture I spent 4 months there and it's an epidemic it seems like it's totally done on purpose and it's a small island you should be able to catch people who bring the s*** in it shouldn't be that hard to f****** get rid of it but but it seems like it's loud
The free spirit and clothing optional vibe is what made this beach so great. The po po should focus on criminal activity instead of climbing down cliffs to hand out bs tickets to locals. So lame
Dudes were giving safety violation tickets to good people down at the beach. You saw them lurking and looking. Go catch the chronics robbing people. I remember when this was going on. Still pisses me off when this comes up on TH-cam.
Its back to normal Now ,!!! clothing optional be free !!! It's not illegal, cuz it's not a public park, you have to walk down the side of the mountain to get there,
I generally support the police and am a law biding citizen….. but…….I also think the government is stepping on our freedoms in this situation. I came close to buying real estate in sea view just because of this clothing optional spot…..anytime I ever went there, my take on this was a bunch of mostly middle age respectful people who really wanted to just relax. This is the most beautiful, cleanest beaches around and we don’t need the government to “educate” us.
What brah, no mo nuting bettah fo do? Why not concentrate on making more already existing beaches accessible. Mermaid ponds, Hao bush, Kapoho lighthouse are already there but no public access. Dredge Pohoiki in a way that creates a safer beach for swimmers at the same time as reopening for fishermen. Don't lie to us about having no other options. Property owners forget that the shoreline is not their private property and that the public has the right to access to it.

Gotta go with the cops on this one
That place is ruined
They have to learn about respect
I’m glad they did this
It was long overdue

go to any other spot in Hawaii
We’ll go with the nudity. It’s a tiny little beach.
neither, also the county should remove there fucking barricades from cape Kamakahi there is a new beach there yet these scumbags close our access
Naked dude. Every time.
How about do your actual job and help stop the meth epidemic. Go arrest the main dealers and be useful tyrants
They know the dealers. Its unsafe to arrest your cousin with an ice problem. This is not an accessible beach. Bringing children is dangerous.

Exactly!

They aren’t locals
They are the 5 year locals that think they know everything
They don’t
NO PIGS LET PEOPLE LIVE FREE

The cops, I mean the Nazis came to bust balls. Later they'll catch some seat belt violations and Jay walkers.
no weed, no beer, no nudity... no freedom
Its back to normal Now ,!!! clothing optional be free !!! It's not illegal, cuz it's not a public park, you have to walk down the side of the mountain to get there,
Good lord! What's wrong with having a sanctioned nude beach? Not everyone has hang-ups about nudity.
Bunch of petty authoritarians doing their thing!

Well it's not really clean. Truthfully. It once was. Yes.
This sure didn't age well for the cops.
Why didn’t it age well?
I remember when it was a nude beach.
It still is. Tried to take my kid there, but a bunch of naked idiots rule the place instead. Damn idiots!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

No nude beach anywhere in hi? That's really uptight
Ftp
Wrong! The problem is the government. Not the people.
Local cops steal and deal weed.
Never forget this bs actually happened what a joke
Oh calm down.
No
Think how I feel
I don’t care about you
Why don’t you go away
Generating a lot of revenue in the name of saftey
Ill go someplace else
Please do cause we sick of your gross sick ass ways we the native of this land don't want you people here at all.
Sounds like nj beaches no fun of any kind
