Big Problem Is, All Area House Is Flooded Under Water, So When The House Is Ready And Not Raining Anymore, They Will Get A Big Hole Empty Under House And It Will Be Very Dangerous To Live There. Amén.
I agree with you to an extent. The pillars they put down should be enough to hold up the structure. The method they used here looked expensive and the location looks bad also. I think based on where they had to build, they did a good job.

doesnot matter piles are holding home. whether there is empty space beneath plinth beam or not it has nothing to do with supporting home. as a civil engineer I can assure its safe.

Why do nt they dig footings { TRENCH} to fill with concrete to act as a foundation before laying bricks..?
