I used to own a 1996 Bonneville SSEi, so I was siked to drive this new V8 Bonneville. I freaking loved that car! Anyway, I know you got this GXP over a year ago, but best of luck with it man! Don't push that car. They have severe transmission problems. I had that same car , 2007 gxp black cherry. Beautiful car but ... transmission issues from day one almost. Good luck!
Lol funny you're on about the SS .. I had a 2001 SS prior to the GXP ... I test drove both v8's .. The MC wasn't as fast and I fell in love with the sound of the GXP. Agreed the Monte has a nicer body style. Now I have a 3.8 Genesis Coupe 👍👍
@@pootyp my dad had one it was stock that car was fast as hell he got his to 140 mph on the freeway yes the only problems we had was electrical issues they are nice cars

@@pootyp the resonator delete really didn't make mine very loud i still have mufflers and a resonator on it just makes the sound more distinct and grumbly

Naw a lot faster than impalas my homie has the Ss and hasn’t won a race yet 🤣🤦🏾♂️ and got left by 2 V6s. A Supercharged Grand Prix v6 and a Genesis 09 3.8 both stock and the gxp he didn’t even stand a chance. U made the best decision The gxp and the Ss Monte are the fastest. The impala is heavier and shifts slower
