I think it means just race mode. Even in cars the display turns red when in Sport mode

Mine does the same but I do not need to press the accelerator 10 time before and after turning on 😂
Simply because mine is unlocked and that is a profile trigger, I suppose you unlocked your as well :)
Btw mine is a Xiaomi Mi Electtic Scooter Essential, modded firmware (customisable on the go) and modded suspension.
