Welcome to Cul-De-Sac Cardio Dance! We are moms, wives, group exercise instructors and FRIENDS 💗 We are raising kids, staying active and “keeing it real” while having a lot of fun and learning as we go!
The Culdesac is a dance fitness community where the goal is progress, not perfection and everyone is welcome. It is always a party and we are all about having fun and moving that body however you move it.
