I find the lower pitch is a more soothing sound. I've had a lot of loss in my family and Grief and sleep do not mix. lately I search for the lowest softest sounds I can find. This is one of the good ones.

I had a thunderstorm week ago, I was up from half 3 in the morning till gone 5 in the morning watching the storm , I'm not a lover of them but was nice watching it. We've had 3 this year and one was really bad the floors was shaking etc outside but it's nice at night to watch

The sounds of a storm, whether it was fierce or calm (for a storm) has always been able to make me relax and smile. For the past 2 or 3 weeks, we've had no rain at all, and I've never thought to look to TH-cam for thunderstorm ambience until now. For me, it's always so easy to go to sleep during a storm (as long as I'm not too busy listening to it!) So glad I finally thought of it!
