I see that all the time when the Neo's gimbal is pointed down too much. I think it has to do with it not being a three axis gimbal, only one axis - vertical. It can't compensate physically when the aircraft rolls or yaws, so it's trying to compensate with image stabilization firmware. It's not perfect. If it yaws or rolls too much it's out of range for image stabilization. I don't see it much at all when the gimbal is level or close to level. That's my current theory anyway. This product is pretty remarkable in a host of ways, but it's not a Mini, Mavic, or Air series.
