Every year that is the question people ask but every resort has a fixed close date, they never change even if there is crazy snow in the February/March. The Col de L'Iseran is 2770m and they still have one ski lift open for ski race training.
To give you a meteorological answer. It was windy as f**k. Most of the shots of the moving cars were at a long distance so even with a dead cat (mic) you couldn't hear their engines purring. With the exception of a few US V8 cars, they were all very conservatively quiet.
Integrale, 911 turbo, Stratos, 911, 328 GTS, 308 etc - clearly une bonne journee!
Its great to see people actually using and enjoying their classic cars. the way they were meant to be.

Why couldn't we hear the sound of the cars instead of the overpowering musak?
