It's weird for an Exe to be calling himself a king rather then a god.
Its just xanthus' lore really, he sees calling yourself a God as childish
Its a different version by normial dingus called Xanthus and he is an alternative version of xenophanes (the one you see sing to slow to triple trouble in vs sonic.exe and normial says Xanthus is a king.
