    Thanks so much for this video! My grandparents used to work on this farm and live in Pok Fu Lam. I never really knew much about the farm itself. Factual videos in English about this area are hard to come by.
    If you know of any Cantonese ones, I'd love to share with my aunts and uncles as a way for them to reminisce.

    Back in the 50's my grandfather would drive us to Dairy Farm for ice cream. This would happen on a weekend. He would park the car in the driveway shown on the video, but there are no cars there now!

    Didn’t know that Hong Kong had a unique milk history.(the dairy farm!)
    Also, I guess the best thing about your recommendations are that you try to find everything in the vicinity for variety so for people.
    I love this aspect of your tours because it is not easy to get around using public transportation.
    Great video and looking forward to the next one!

    This is such a good video. Also I love the views inside the 70 year restaurant. There is a lot of beautiful sights to see in Hong Kong. Thank you Virginia sweetheart for another great video. How is the weather in Hong Kong now?

      Thanks Dominic! It’s hot and humid. Not sure if I can do a lot more of these outdoor activities for the summer. Might have to hide a bit looking for some indoor activities 🤪 thanks for dropping by!

    I used to live in Pokfolam Gardens for 5 years. Pokfulam village is just 5 minutes walk from where I lived. Didn't know there is a dimsum restaurant there.

    Another great content. Can you try and be a guest host at 恐怖在線 Edmond Poon ? Would love to hear some of your ghostly encounters.

    Hi Virginia. I missed you. This new video is great. Please make more soon. BTW what % of Hong Kong people still wear masks in public around Hong Kong these days?

    • @hongkongfoodtours
      @hongkongfoodtours  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      💯 bc it’s mandatory and not an option not to wear one. 😷 Thanks for coming back! Hope you’re well and thanks for watching =)

    I don't think much about how primitive the places are when they have tasty food.

    SO disappointed .... this is a farm??? Was expecting to see an actual cow farm. I'm stupid. lol.

      Hahah don’t shoot the messenger. I don’t know why they named it Pokfulam Farm when it was actually their staff living quarters, though their actual farm was in Pokfulam. I will say though, the place is really nice and a good activity for a few hours =) just no cows, or ice cream yet bc they don’t have their food license 🤪

      @@hongkongfoodtours lol sorry no hate here. Though would love to know if there are actual farms around here... :p
