Then again, the Mania control departments of Eastside are kind of lazy. Not to mention a lot of them don't really know or have a lot of awareness of Mania. Even when it happens in their neighborhood. I mean, how many times in East Side has those outbreaks happen?
@@cameronrhodes1101If I recall correctly, it's around four times this far. First, during Serpent event. Second, during OWO and Deren event. Third, during Eleven event. And the latest was during Lady Pearl event.
@rooksdaw1999 I think there was one more Enfer too, For a total of 5 and then there are a few high class Sinner in Eastside Mr. Fox, Countess Chelsea, Letta, Cabernet, Levy Especially Mr. Fox who doesn't really hide his identity as one. I just did a check and Eastside basically had a lot of sinners, They really were lazy with their Mania control.

The funny part is Angell looks like one of my orig. characters, which is honestly the best surprise from Aisno yet hahah. I won't miss out on another core breaker, I already know she'll be fun to work with

Hope that one day, the chief find this "Dark Web" and put a stop to it permanently so that she can earned her true freedom cause as long as it exist, she will always be a prisoner in darkness of blood and killing.
