When I went there was a greaser looking guy playing guitar and kinda humming to his bluesy, electric guitar chords. I later found some videos oh him on TH-cam playing his music at the Crows Nest Barbershop. Anyone have any links to this barbershop musician?

Eighteenth. OK seriously. I wish some of these shops were available in my area (Boston). All I have here are the nationally franchised shops and you are in and out in 5 minutes. There is no craft or artistry here.

I don't think you realize how fucking lucky you are that you even GOT to do an apprenticeship, here in the Prairies theres NO separation between Hairstyling or Barbering, and you HAVE to have a licence to be able to cut hair legally, so if you want to barber you HAVE to take the hairstyling college program even tho all you want to do is barber, you should be trying to get barbering its own legislation and separate education so ppl like me dont have to learn all this useless shit like perming and updo's and braiding and get properly taught how to shave or fade or scissor work etc.
