Sharing an idea for Vinesh: He mentioned 2 aspects for customer to 1) go the dealer place n see the car or 2) virtual view of the car. I wanted to share 3) dimension which is sourcing local owner if the same brand/ car model os available and link to ur customer with the current owner for physical visit. .....Otherwise the show is good n i liked innovation and the idea behind aggragator+. Based on my recent experience buying a new car from a company-owned dealership, I have really come to the point that next time, I should buy directly from the manufacturer. Dealerships are simply taking the customer for a ride!!

Very good initiative to have online process. I wish I knew this before I booked my car. My current dealer is not transparent, not saying VIN or the status of the car.
This content is amazing. This is purely for knowledge on how cars can be sold online, what challenges are there and understanding so many parameters. Thanks to both of you. I see people commenting that its boring , its okay to have their opinion but that should not make you abandon motocast saying this is not what its supposed to be. I think we all evolve and must be open to learn, see a car through various perspectives. Maybe some day it will help you manifest to start your own business. Etc. Cheers!

Good concept. Unfortunately, site is not loading properly in mobile. "Location" selector drop-down occupied the top section and not allowing to scroll further. After do many technical hacks (😢), i can land in the pages. But we are unable to see the car variants. 😢😢

Thank you mw team & car pal after watching this video , I'm booked Mahindra thar 2WD @ car pal they promised delivery for 2months ..I'm booked thar (2WD) dealer 4months crossed still they are not respons properly...so car pal will make me reduce waiting period...let's see future steps waiting to take delivery soon car pal ...this is completely new concept...best wishes to carpal to get more customers support in future...
We do have this online things in foreign countries. Introducing here is a good idea. Hope you gain the trust of the customers and not acting like a regular vendor

Will these players charge Handling charges, similar to the one which dealer charges customer, which can be negotiated lated to waive off.
I have purchased Innova Hycross GX model thru CarPal, when others asked 4 months waiting period, I got the car within 2 weeks. Mr. Vignesh and his team mates are very professional and genuine.
Compared seltos price list with car pal pricing.. and there is a difference.
What about car accessories ... if i buy in dealership i can bargain some accessories here what i can do .... also how the transportation of vehicle is actually been done?

Hi! Not to worry or get confused. We would register your new car only at the RTO in your pincode's jurisdiction. So, no matter where your car is from, your registration would happen in your city and at that particular RTO.
If there are no hidden charges and if they are not getting any commissions from dealers as well, then how CarPal is earning the profit?

You will not pay ang charges what ever on road price dealer is charging with the same price we can deliver the car sooner than dealer
Hi Sutharsan. You wouldn't be paying anything over and above your On-Road price.
Even when you buy from dealers sometimes they bring you car from another city

There is a difference in pricing, i.e., minimum of 8k to 10k. Checked and confirmed with kia seltos price listing.

Who is responsible if there is a problem during delivery? Carpal or original dealer? Looks like they are just playing as online brokers for dealer 🙃
Hi VD, we have an extensive delivery inspection. We trade cars from our dealers only after this. You are unlikely to find any issue at the point of delivery.
In case of any unforeseen issue that might come up as you use your vehicle post delivery due to manufacturing defects, this can always be claimed with vehicle warranty.

We wanted a name that is universal to language and function.
There are multiple auto-related websites that have Hindi words in their names. We wanted our name to not be that way. We also wanted a name that sounded warm and friendly. Hence, 'CarPal' :)
