@Lucaslee1991 congrats on your dream car. Hope to get mine soon as well. Still contemplating whether to wait for their new models 3rd generation in couple years or buy now with this model. But don't know how I could wait for 2 more yrs or so :(
Malikai 975 I'm probably the wrong person to ask because I love Porsche. Porsche is very exclusive. They're ranked number one with JD Powers consumer survey in quality & consumer satisfaction. If you drive own one you'll never buy anything else. .
Malikai 975 Very welcome. I'll send more information about the Porsche if you need it. Please keep me in mind, we deliver anywhere United States. We will give you the best price of anyone too.
Porsches, in general, have a high cost of ownership. Parts and service are well above normal. But, with that said, the Cayenne’s service is fairly routine (just more expensive assuming you’re going through a dealership and/or a service center that uses Porsche parts, specifically). That aside, Cayenne’s are beautiful vehicles with notoriously bad transfer cases - so bad, in fact, that Porsche just extended the warranty on those by 7 years with unlimited miles. Porsche knows the transfer case will fail…the only question is “when”.
hummm...that was one thing that I didn't notice from the Cayenne, is that the back seats do not lay down completely flat The Audi Q7 does which I like, does. But yes, the seat front and back are amazingly comfortable and even better than the Audi Q7
Brandon Jolley they lay down and lock into position completely flat. They also recline and move forward and backwards for additional legroom or storage space in the rear
The V6 is a total gutless wonder. Comfortable, well built, but totally lacks any power. Porsche should be starting this line with the V6 turbo as with the S, and leave the V6 naturally aspirated engine to VW. VW/Porsche/Audi is usually careful not to have grossly crossing performance between very differently priced products. The base Cayenne performs like a lame VW Touareg.
Just picked up the 2017 Platinum Ed. I’m under no delusion I’m in a 911 Turbo. But I’m an SUV guy, and this Cayanne is fun as Frick to drive!!
Its a great car!
I'm pumped. Just bought one, yet to pick up.
wonderful car...my dream!

The rear on this 2017 looks better then the newest generation IMO.
Great video. I learned a lot.
very useful information, thanks a lot
I'm tempted to buy one. It's 2017 just like yours. It is in the RHD Toyota and has 59,100 miles and has a warranty. price $28,000.
Great review, I like this Cayenne!
Yassin NBZ 😊. Please allow me to help.

Hi what is the interior color called on this own?
So which is better, this 2017 Porsche or a 2017 Mercedes G Wagon?

Ohh ok, thank you. My mom is still trying to decide between a G-Wagon and a Porsche so i was doing a little extra research on them

My mom has that year cayenne and I thought it was hers...lol

HI MY NAME IS JAJAHOI!!! The only Platinum edition badging is on the door seals as you entered the vehicle
does enyone know where is steering wheel heater in porsche cayenne 2017 diesel?
Between bottom spoke back of steering wheel. It doesn't look like it's there blends well but press down and it should click. Same motion to turn off.
What is the maintenance like on the Cayenne? Thinking about leasing one next year.

Why is Kermit the Frog doing the commentary?
Alistair Kendall Kermit's a Porsche fan
they really need to update the interior and exteriour. Seriously ! not even worth looking
Usman M Thank you for the feedback. The Cayenne will redesigned for next year. Hopefully you'll like the changes. Thank you again.

You're crazy. It's 300hp and a V6 while Mercedes Benz and others are all going to gutless 4 cylinder turbos that blow up after any length of time.

Which engine? Does it have the twin turbo?
