This vs That

  • Syd Banks once said "A mind full of love and good feelings can never go wrong."
But when we try to share the Three Principles or inside-out understanding of life with others, we often talk about it as though it's a philosophy or way of thinking, not a felt sense of a deeper reality. So we do our best to analyze, and explain, and teach people about "that" way of thinking instead of doing our best to describe "this" beautiful feeling of connection, peace, and delight.
Here's a video where I explore the difference between exploring "this" and talking about "that".
If you'd like to be able to have deeper and more meaningful conversations that impact the lives of those around you for the better, please join me for Beyond Coaching: Having conversations that change lives from the 31st of May to the 4th of June.
Whether you join me live in London or live-streaming from wherever you are in the world, we'll spend five days basking in "this", enjoying listening to the song of life and learning to put words to the music.

🆓 Take my FREE Basic Course in the inside-out understanding
Join me for this simple but life-changing program as I share an extraordinary new understanding of how life works that turns traditional psychology on its head. This revolutionary approach is built around three simple principles that explain where our feelings come from and how our experience of life can transform for the better in a matter of moments, no matter what we seem to be up against or dealing with in the world.
Over the course of twelve easy to understand but surprisingly impactful lessons, you’ll learn these principles for yourself and gain insight into why some days you feel on top of the world while other days you feel like the world is on top of you. If you’re up for it, I will guide you over the edge of your current reality and into a space of infinite potential and infinite possibilities.

I could listen to this man forever. Thank goodness we have people on this planet articulate enough to show us the way home.

Whew boy! I really needed to hear this. I just completed the first part of the Advanced course and have been really struggling with how the course unfolded for me. I realize it turned into a "that" experience for me , especially after listening to all the people who were sharing their experiences or writing posts about it. I couldn't relate to them. It knocked me out of a sense of connectedness and into an unhappy space. This vid helps me understand what I was experiencing. Thank you.
