He's saying everything against what they want him to, I LOVE IT. They always wanna try to lean on that leg kick, or timing of the toe tap, or hands to the ball, blah blah blah. Seems most people even pros talk about hitting without really knowing whats actually going on and into it. Working on this stuff with my 6U daughter for softball she's picking up some of it early, thanks for putting your info out here for us.
He's trying to show them, they are telling him these older methods and he's just like nah. Really that's how I teach my kids now, get one legged stretch, prove it by taking a few cuts on one leg. I'm nearly 50 and it's amazing how much power you can get just by coiling and being one legged, even with a toe tap.
Kerry mentions this in the interview but your direction should be towards the opposite middle infielder. Right handed hitters towards the second baseman, lefties towards the SS
I love learning all the different swings, I’m trying my hardest to learn hlp, but it’s tough for me when i don’t have the full understanding, I wish I could do your hitting program but can’t afford it.

That’s not the first good hitter they’ve had on in the past 2 years that has been saying this. But now it’s starting to hit Mark DeRosa and his facial expressions show it.
@@TeachermanHitting So then it's really more like "I'm going to swing at pitch release without worrying if I miss the ball right now", more than "I'm purposely going to swing and miss."
@@VicInNocalI think it’s like practicing swinging way too early so that you feel like you are waiting even on fastballs when you are actually trying to hit.
Thanks Coach ! Kerry has a great approach to hitting. It seems to me that he didn’t want to give it all away. Thanks again Richard !

Sounds like he was trying to avoid talking about the snap but everyone who knows Schenck's teachings easily identified the corner and stretch.
@teacherman I am an ex college pitcher. Watched all your stuff for 2 years now. Live in AZ and would love to meet you and maybe volunteer .
Love the videos. They have helped me so much!
Congrats, teacher man… Your changing the game! 💪🥰
Can’t give away all the secrets am I right? Good stuff!
This approach made me able to be good at mlb the show.
as God intended
I wish we had all this instruction when i was coming up
Teacherman is the best!

Kerry Carpenter OF Tigers.
Scared to say Snap the Hands….weird answers.
케리 카펜터 👍
I got a question, so when you coil up, you snap and tilt at a 45 degree angle towards first base?

Do they sign an NDA??? Carpenter was NOT giving any details!!! Haha.
That's a funny huge screen in the back, the guy looks like jabba the hut or something

It's only taken DeRosa how many years??! 😂
DeRosa's question about the hand action DEFINITELY has purpose.
Tell me you watch Teacherman Hitting without saying Teacherman Hitting.
Tman should sue him for $$😅 or have him as a guest
Hell. Yeah!
I don't understand the function of the swing & miss on purpose drill.
How can you know for sure that a player is able and ready to swing at pitch release? Have them swing at pitch release

Guess Mick and Hank and Ted Babe willie all were just lucky
