    The secret of making a good pastel is using that dirty oil, that has never been replaced, LOL

    • @david777ism
      @david777ism 3 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Sou um gringo da Irlanda. Nunca compraria um pastel de um japonês. Só os brasileiros podem fazer um bom. Você tem razão. O óleo era muito escuro e provavelmente velho. Nunca vi um brasileiro fazer isso, talvez algum Os japoneses não trocam o óleo. Os brasileiros são extremamente higiênicos em tudo. Talvez os mais higiênicos do mundo. Os japoneses são os melhores com Sushi mas com café pastéis, churrasco e chocolate, o Brasil é o vencedor.

      The oil gets this colour because the amount of pastel it fries during the day. I've seen they replacing it and it doesn't take long to get the darker colour. But in the case of the video I think it's because the frier is dark itself

    Friends, excellent video, but it should be clarified that there is no difference between the garapa sold in the Rio or in SP. Both are made only with sugar cane, the additions (lemon, pineapple or passion fruit) are up to the customer.

    Primeira vez que vejo o Guilherme dando uma informação que não corresponde exatamente à realidade. Caldo de Cana, sempre tomei com suco de limão em São Paulo, é o meu favorito, mas, dependendo da banca em que você peça, tem também com abacaxi, maracujá, acerola, gengibre... Não inventem mais um biscoito x bolacha, pizza com ou sem ketchup...
    De qualquer maneira, bom vídeo
