Belt is nothing but a colour. Form, Poise, Discipline, Chi, Mind, Heart. If a white belt student can learn, grasp and understand this, I don't care what other colour you are, you will not that student.
She is a really good teacher. So nice, friendly and competently. I love this woman!

Osu. Kyokushin guys are BRUTAL. I’m 4th Dan Shotokan. I’d hate to spar a Kyokushin Sensei. Don’t forget how great your art is.

Why teach applications that are very weak and rely on a totally compliant attacker. These are Black belts.
