hello, it is better that you take a short video to show us that, you can contact us in the contact way in the video description, we can help you judge that
i have one of the first dps 5005 you made, you helped me via email to replace the second board and all these years it worked flawlesly! but it has a bug , it shows ALWAYS 0.04ma more. even at 0 amps it shows 0.04A. is there a way to calibrate it to show 0.00? my other dps 5020 always shows the correct amps. thank you
hello, you can try press the SET button and power on it at this status, see if the readings are reset, if not, then there is no other way to calibrate it
@@rdtech9153 screen always shows 0.003ma more than the set value. from 0-100mA the error is almost 5mA, even if i set 0.000 amps if i connect a ma meter shows 0.005mA. from 100-320ma the error drops to 0.002mA and at 330mA the error is zero. did your trick, i dont think that fixed the problem. thank you for your reply. is there any other way to fix this?
@@BeetleJuice1980 hello, this DPS/DPH series power supply can only be calibrated in out factory with out device, it does not have calibration function, so that if you cannot fix it with the method I offer before, it cannot be solved
I have a DPS-5020 that the display will not turn on. If I feed 12V in, there is 10V on the output so there are no shorts in the input or output. As I increase input voltage, output voltage increases and stays a few volts below input voltage. Display won't turn on, buttons and dial do not effect the output. Any suggestions how to repair?
hello, do you have the USB board to connect the pc software, we just want to check if the power board is damaged, if just the display part damagd, normally just replace a new display part, but it is better to contact our after sell service to see what is the problem first
@@rdtech9153 Yes I have the USB module. I haven't tried it yet. I will try the USB when I get a chance. I also have the RD6012 and love it. Would love to get the 5020 working. Thanks for the reply.
@@rdtech9153 Finally tried connecting to the DPS5020 with USB and it recognizes the COM port but won't connect and pops up a window that says "Abnormal" connect error.
hello, for calibration, it can only be operated by the machine in our factory, because it is designed long time ago, it does not like other RD power supply which can use PC software and multimeter to calibrate
Mam taki mały problem z DPS5015 pokazuje mi np. 44V 0,03A 1.31W a wyjście jest NIE OBCIĄŻONE (UNLOADED OUTPUT) Coś jest nie tak? Coś się popsuło?
