    Yes..this is the way I learned the power moves and then I also tested people. First by training 100 exercises per day which was enough to learn but some still have some problems of balance, control..then we applied the 200 repetition per day and we made sure that by doing this quantity one masters the moves appropriately.

    start with windmill, then flare, then airflare
    If you have time you can learn windmill and flares at the same time!

    Holding 5 seconds is enough because it does not tire you so much and then you keep the routine of mechanical repetition which gives a focus with exact numbers.

    You can do 100 in the morning and 100 in the evening for instance. Otherwise, you can do around 50 or 100 per day. You can learn quite enough by doing this amount as well. Thank you!

    wait isnt this easier as terms of power? im pretty tall 6'3 ft and the long arms dont help me at all will this be easier for me than normal flares?

      @TheScienceofLearningPowerMove  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      usually it is recommended to have normal flare before training elbow flare but it is not technically impossible to learn elbow flare without basic flares.
      You may train of course.
