2010 - Day 310 - Rick Meets Michonne
2014 - Day +1,207 - Rick Blows up the Bridge and leaves via the helicopter to the CRM with Jadis
2019 - Day 3,099+ - 5 years after the bridge. Rick cuts off his hand to try to escape…
2020 - Day 3,656 - After a year of training[2], Rick and Thorne team up on a mission to an abandoned chemical plant. (Years)
2021 - 4,021+ - Rick and Michonne are reunited -
So right now at the end of Episode 1 in TOWL we are up to the 2nd half of Season 10. Maybe just into Season 11 or the extended episodes for 10.
Likely this means Rick and Michonne will not escape the CRM yet. Michonne may have to join the CRM as well, it seems.

@@Trevschan2 It's nuts Trev. Just think about that for a second. All the time we spent with our survivors, all those hours, all those experiences we lived vicariously through them and Rick has spent more time with people we don't even know and won't know because it's going to be such a short season/story. Rick has made connections and relationships we don't even know nor care about. It's gonna be weird. It feels weird already.

Bro ep 2 is crazy. Rick ends up telling Michone to join the CRM group and tells her to pretend she's someone else so they can escape because otherwise they would get caught. Somehow Jadis finds out about this at the end of ep 2 and then we're left on a cliffhanger. It's awesome

I know this video was before we got the second episode but I want to point out that we now know the time that has passed since the bridge exploded has been 7 years. Michonne and Nat took a year to heal well enough to travel.
In the first episode he used the hatchet to mow through a couple walkers to start with before using it to chop off his hand, we know that walker blood can infect you if its in contact with a cut or if its on a weapon that inflicts a wound that breaks the skin, we saw this with Hilltop where they used weapons soaked in walker blood effectively. The hatchet would have been covered with fresh walker blood when he was cutting off his arm so how was this possible to not infect him given the fact we've seen it before?
You didn’t account for the 6 year time
jump-time in episode 9:5. or the accurate amount of time Michonne has been gone. When she talked to Judith one the radio in season 10 Judith said they got the Whisperers. Time passed in Alexandra and at Commonwealth before the takedown of Pamela. Then there was a year time-jump after Rosita passed and we won’t know until it’s revealed in TOWL how long it was between Michonne leaving from Vergil’s island in that boat until where she attacks the helicopter and nearly takes Rick out. I’m estimating total Rick been gone around 10 years.

@@Trevschan2 I like your efforts..but I believe when Rick reunites with Michonne, it's 2024, or NOW, as they said in the show.
Time has passed between when Rick first decided to become a CRM soldier, and when he met with Michonne..they already let us know at least one year has went by, as Okafor said something about some summit he wanted Rick to take part in..then they showed different clips of Rick in an office, and doing different stuff..we were to take those clips as summaries for more time going by. So when they said NOW..I take it as they were saying the story now takes place in the present, shared by those watching.

@@poetscane8492no. There were a few timeskips after after 9.5. 2021 sounds about right. Dead City is probably 2025. Obviously Rick wouldn't get back home right away if ever!
If they were to reunite everyone, it will need to happen on this series. The series started with Rick and it should finish with him.

At the terrible end of Fear, Dwight for some reason set off to the Sanctuary that had crumbled a few episodes earlier, with a plan to make it home again.
Then, years later in Dead city, Croat said he looked at the Sanctuary for Negan and that it was abandoned. Hows that work out?
Also, Daryl said to that random American that he’d been all over the country, including Texas. So how’s that work out also?
Does it mean that we aren’t getting a reunion of Rick n Michonne with anyone else? Or did Maggie n Negan just not mention it during dead city, which seems weird.
Dead city is the furthest in the timeline that anything has gotten? Or that scientist in Tales was further on?
Also, the Alpha episode of Tales, that is obviously before she met Beta in that mental home, but she meets whisperes at the end of the episode, so did she join the whisperes, take control, kill Hera, make her mask, then loose the whisperes, meet Beta and start new whisperes again? Does that mean there’s another masked whisperes group out there somewhere? Or is it just a messed up, nonsensical timeline that contradicts itself and doesn’t work?
I don’t think Tales should be canon as it was truly horrendous and is a waste of a really good premise, that’d be real easy to write interesting and well, with almost endless possibilities.
But they choose to make stuff that does not work in twd canon at all.
So your telling me it didn't take michone very long to find rick. She left during the whisperer war but u literally said she found rick during the whisperer war there was only like 4 or 5 episodes left of the whisperers where michone was gone

So small thing;
Actually, Michonne and rick don’t get home until late 2023. She didn’t find his boots until the end of 2021. She left to go find him but got hit by the gas and had to recuperate for a year. That puts her at the end of 2022/early 2023 when she finds Rick.
In episode 2, it shows Michone going on a trip to find Rick. It starts with Michone where it left off with her in TWD with finding those 2 people. Anyway, those 2 people bring her to their camp and Michone keeps asking if she can get a horse. She gets it eventually thanks to a little guy. The little guy then helps Michone set out on a mission to find Rick and teaches her how to use a noob tube. They then get ambushed eventually by the CRM with mustard gas. Most of them die except Michone and the little guy. They then try finding Rick again and it picks up with their perspective where they shot at the helicopter with the noob tube. Then Rick tells Michone to pretend she's someone else when they get caught by the CRM so they wouldn't end her. They then get there and Jadis finds out immediately and at the end tells Rick she will un alive them if they try to leave. Cool episode overall.

Pretty sure your wrong. The show has to take place in 2024, because rick and Thorne go and transform a college into a Foward operating Base and that didn't just happen over night, it must've taken years. And when Okofar and Rick are flying in the helicopter Okofar says it's been 2 years and rick hasn't talked much to anyone.
The first episode shows us the first scene where rick cuts off his hand is placed 5 years after the bridge, then when he joins the CRM and gets his prosthetic hand its said to be atleast 6 years after the bridge, which lines up because consignees are forced to serve 6 years before becoming civilians and being able to join the crm. Plus the other 6 years I counted and it's atleast a decade after the show ends. I think TWD: TWL takes place in the year 2025 atleast. Plus on Google it says it's 10 years after we last saw rick and michonne. Plus rick trained for years to become a CRM soldier, plus he had to train to fly helicopters
It was stated in the episode that they had to have it done in 12 months time. So it was basically another year.

I wouldnt follow any timelines, writers dont even know there own timeline.. it was always said rick disappeared on day 1207.. which is 3 years 3 months in. Michionne pregnant at the time.. now episode 4 of the ones who live. Michionne says RJ is nearly 8 so say 12 years in.. im sure u can work it out.. walking dead ended 13 years in.. now in daryls show apparently its 12 years in...

When it first dawned on me, it made my stomach hurt, but I trust the writing so now I'm all for it actually..
where was world beyond within the timeline? we see omaha blow up. which started their journey to crm.. they bust out about a year or so later - took time to get there and suss it all out and decide to pull the runner.. and arrive warn portland about omaha.. and that it was crm military that did it.. we havent seen the 2nd circle turn on anyone yet.. all we have seen is the first circle turn on the first.. what do you think is going on there trev? or rather.. WHEN in timeline do we see all this? meanwhile there is the summit meeting due.. ?
Honestly I think they are so over the place with the timeline they are patching bad writing with new timelines...I bet Gimple couldnt even explain where Fear is during the time

@@originaltroll7511 I know a lot of people share your opinion..but I never found the time jumps and timeline confusing at all. Probably because I have an affinity for chronology. But from my calculations, the end of the first episode, took us to NOW..as the show said. Or, 2024.
@poetscane8492 thats just them fixing their errors and going all over the place to start...Even simple things like if they destroyed Omaha for not being self sustainable, wouldn't Rick be the perfect partner? He has a whole community with solar panels and farms...they patched it up well I like the show but I literally think they are going on the fly as far as whats next
